November’s Resolutions


To start things off, I decided to focus on the things that will be most important to work on ALL year that also address immediate needs.

Healthy Body/Happy Mind
*  Drink more water: always have a water bottle or mug handy
*  Back exercises x2 a day
*  Stretching daily
*  Happy Lamp 15 minutes daily
*  Get family medical history from parents.

Career

*  Show up! Be on time!
*  Work on applications daily
*  Look for a job and volunteer opportunities
*  Network in the field

Get Writing

*  Post to the blog every day.
*  Spend 15 minutes every day reading other health/medicine blogs.
